All recipes have been tried by myself. But be careful, just because they are okay for me, it does not mean that they are okay for everyone. Everyone has to find out their own limit.
I use dextrose powder in my recipes, also known as glucose powder oder corn sugar. They are available in most large supermarkets, chemists or drug stores. They are not as sweet as normal sugar, therefore "normal" people find the cakes and biscuits not as sweet as expected, but they get used to the taste, like my family :)
