All recipes have been tried by myself. But be careful, just because they are okay for me, it does not mean that they are okay for everyone. Everybody has to find out his own limit.
I use detrose powder in my recipes, also known as glucose powder. It is available in most large supermarkets, chemists or drug stores. It is not as sweet as normal sugar, therefore "normal" people find the cakes and biscuits not as sweet as expected, but they get used to the taste, like my family :)
Another alternative is corn sugar, but it is not as easy to get (and costs more!)
