Muesli bars

 

For 10 Bars

 

100g rolled oats

50g ground almonds

1Tbsp sesame seeds

1Tbsp flax seeds

2 Tbsp dessicated coconut

1 Tbsp dried goji berries

90g rice sirup

1 Tbsp sunflower oil

 

  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Combine all dry ingredients in a bowl
  3. Slowly warm the Rice sirup and oil in a pan. Do not cook
  4. Remove the pan from the heat
  5. Add the dry ingredients to the rice sirup. Mix well
  6. Place the mixture on to a baking tray, lined with baking paper
  7. With damp hands press the mixture to a firm square
  8. Place in the oven for approx. 15 minutes, bake until golden Brown
  9. Take out of the oven and leave to slightly cool
  10. While still warm, carefully cut into 10 bars. Leave to cool completely
  11. Store in an airtight tin
