Oat-nut biscuits


125g butter/lactose free butter

65g corn sugar or powdered dextrose

90g plain flour

75g instant oats

1 egg

40g chopped hazelnuts


  1. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Line a baking tray with baking paper
  2. Place the butter, dextrose, flour, oats and the egg in a bowl. Using the kneading hook of a hand-held mixer, mix the ingredients together.
  3. Add the chopped hazelnuts and mix further until everything is well combined.
  4. Make small balls from the dough, as big as walnuts. Slightly flattern and place on the baking tray.
  5. Bake in the oven for about 15 minutes.
  6. Leave to cool, enjoy :)
