Marble cakes

200 g butter (Lactose free butter)

150 g powdered dextrose

 50 g corn sugar

200 g spelt flour

4 eggs

2 tsp baking powder

3 tbsp cocoa powder


  1. Preheat the oven to 180*C. Place paper cases in a muffin form
  2. Beat the butter, dextrose and sugar with a mixer until fluffy
  3. Add the eggs, one at a time and mix well
  4. Mix the baking powder with the flour and add to the mixture. Mix well
  5. Take one third of the mixture out and add the cocoa powder to it. Mix well
  6. Divide the pale mixture between the paper cases
  7. Add a spoonful of chocolate mixture to the cases and swirl slightly together
  8. Place the muffin tray in the oven and bake for approx 12 minutes
  9. Take out of the oven when done and leave to coll. Enjoy :)
