Banana bread


Difficulty: Easy



  • 300 g gluten free flour
  • 10 g baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  •  ½ tsp nutmeg
  • 100 g corn sugar
  • 2 bananas (approx. 200 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • 130 ml plant-based drink or milk
  • 50 g butter (melted)
  • 50 g dark chocolate (low fructose)





  1. Pre-heat the oven to 180 degrees
  2. Grease a loaf tin
  3. Mix the flour, baking powder and spices
  4. Add the sugar
  5. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork
  6. Add the milk, eggs and melted butter. Mix well
  7. Gradually add the flour to the banana mix and fold in well
  8. Pour the batter into the greased tin and bake for approx. 45 minutes in the oven until a skewer comes out clean
  9. Remove from the oven, leave to cool slightly in the tin, then remove from the tin and leave to cool on a wire rack
